Skill Builders

Learn the difference between White Face, Auguste, and Tramp clowns. List what you like about each one.

Learn about clown costumes and make-up. Assemble a clown costume for yourself and apply clown make up.

Juggling is a skill used by many clowns. Learn to juggle with balls, scarves, rings, and/or clubs.

Write and perform at least 3 skits that can be used while clowning.

Find web sites with information about clown make-up, skits, training and supplies.

Many clowns incorporate technology into their performance. Observe an act and list all technology used in the act.
